Russian phonetic transcription with Cyrillic letters introduced

In the last weeks I spent a lot of time improving my Russian phonetic transcription translator. There are some new features I introduced:

• now the phonetic transcription can be written not only with International Phonetic Alphabet symbols, but also with Cyrillic letters,
• the algorithm of consonant clusters analysis was improved (I analyzed 280 3-segment clusters and all double consonants),
• the translator takes in consideration voicing and devoicing of final consonant letters, including fricatives and affricatives, at the boundaries preposition-word,
• the support for words with hyphen, including the particles "по-", "-то", "-либо" and "-нибудь" is also added.
