An attack on our payment system

Hello everyone!

Last week, we experienced a successful attack on our payment system.

At the present moment, I can’t share a lot of details because I want to give our payment provider Stripe a chance to deal with the situation.

I’ll just tell you that it is very, very serious to the point that we can’t even process the refunds right now. There’s a chance we will be forced to cancel all the active subscriptions.

You have probably noticed that we also removed regional pricing and updated our prices. I will comment on this decision in a separate message.

For now, the only accepted payment method is PayPal, and the only accepted currency is USD.
